I have a T bone DS16R UHF receiver which uses a Hon-Kwang ITE power supply model HK-U12AO50-EU providing an output of 12V --0.5A. Unfortunatly this has power supply has a broken cable. I need to get a replacement and would ask if the MY Voltspower supply charger with an output of 12v--1250mA be the suitable replacement? Regards Graham McDougal

I have been emailing you for 3 weeks as I need to return an item!! Why are you ignoring my emails please? A man called Scott said he had sent an authorisation with instructions for me to return an item but nothing has ever come through. I have been checking spam and junk folders every day. This is really poor customer services. I would like to lodge a formal complaint and get a full refund please. I am happy to return the item if you would please give me the instructions

My power supply for my Korg sp200 electric piano is broken. You have something at £8.99 that appears to do the job but it describes it as 'charging' the keyboard. My Korg doesn't have any internal battery to charge, it simply needs a power supply to plug into the wall (12V). I assume what you have is perfect but just thought I'd check before I blew the keyboard up!

I have Black and Decker EPC 18 18v drilldriver. I bought a product from you last year thinking it was the correct charger for the driver, but the connection isn't right. The product is a Model CP2420 24V charger. Perhaps I just need an adapter for the connection, or would I need to buy the correct charger for my driver? Thanks

Can I charge an ICOM IC-M33, which has a charging cradle which in turn attaches to the mains via your power supply cable, using a USB adapter from a power bank. The VHF receiver has a lithiium battery and doesn't have a USB connection like newer models.

hi, i already have the 5 way volca splitter cable from you guys, but i would like to swap out the wall plug for a ripcord. do i need to buy the entire ripcord+splitter package or is there a ripcord model i can purchase seperately and add to my existing splitter?cheers!
